Ovulatory Phase

Ovulatory Phase - days 14 – 21

All of the hard work our bodies have been going through over the week lead to Ovulation. When an egg is released from the follicle in our ovaries it will survive for 12-24 hours. This phase is when we feel our most confident and are better able to convey our thoughts and feelings.
