How to Prepare for the Week Ahead in Perimenopause
Do you have a Weekly Reset Routine? Perimenopause has a way of…
It isn’t selfish!
Self-care is the intentional act of love for yourself – a quiet, considered practice that evolves with you. It’s found in restorative rituals, unhurried moments, and the confidence to honour your needs without compromise.
Wellbeing is taking time to slow down and care for the whole of you.
It’s about how your body feels, how you support your emotional and mental health, the rhythm of your days, the quality of your rest, and the connections that nourish you.
During Peri and Menopause, self-care and wellbeing becomes less about
fixing and more about listening , allowing yourself space for rest, nourishment, and grace.

Throughout each month our bodies go through a cycle of changes that affect our mood, our physical strength, our motivation for tasks and our general wellbeing.
From the first day of our period through to the end, this is when our energy levels are at their lowest.

ovulatory phase, this all changes when our Estrogen and Testosterone levels
start to lower, and our body starts producing progesterone.
All of the hard work our bodies have been going through over the week lead to Ovulation.
This second phase on from menstruation, the Follicular phase is when our pituitary gland releases the Follicle stimulating hormone, which stimulates the follicles in ovaries to mature.
