All of the hard work our bodies have been going through lead to Ovulation.
When an egg is released from the follicle in our ovaries it will survive for 12-24 hours. This phase is when we feel our most confident and are better able to convey our thoughts and feelings. Estrogen may peak — or spike unexpectedly. Some people feel confident and energised; others experience anxiety, irritability, or overstimulation.

- Increased confidence or visibility
- Sensitivity to stress or noise
