The Ovulatory Phase

Ovulatory Phase days – 14 – 21

All of the hard work our bodies have been going through over the week lead to Ovulation.

When an egg is released from the follicle in our ovaries it will survive for 12-24 hours. This phase is when we feel our most confident and are better able to convey our thoughts and feelings.

Ovulatory Phase Nutrients:

  • Cool foods
  • Eggs
  • Aged cheese
  • Oysters
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables

Great time for salads, juice and raw foods

Ovulatory Phase Activities:

  • Orgasm
  • HIIT
  • Cycling
  • Cardio Yoga
  • Weightlifting
